Quality of the kit looks very good. Shipment was really fast! The only thing that did not work for me is that the glass weights are one size only. Thus, although they perfectly cover the diameter of the skinnier jar, in the biggest one , I’ve got pieces of carrot floating over the weight and fermentation went bad… it would be better if the weight adjusted to the diameter of each fermentation jar, otherwise they are only weighting the content of the center and the rest floats up.
Just received. Have not used yet, therefore can not determine yet if the purchase was worthwhile. They look nice though. However, 1x of the 4x bottles purchased shows cracks on the bottom, so not sure regarding its long term performance.
